• About Richard Graziano

     

    The president and general manager of WPIX-TV in New York City, Richard Graziano has implemented a range of technical and operational improvements to increase overall viewership by 550 percent. He also brought Yankees baseball back to WPIX and negotiated a multi-year deal with the Mets. Before joining WPIX in 2013, Richard Graziano served tenures as chief executive officer of WTXX-TV and vice president of WTIC-TV in Hartford, Connecticut; general sales manager of WLVI-TV in Boston, Massachusetts; and national sales manager of WAGA-TV in Atlanta, Georgia.

    Outside of the professional environment, Richard Graziano is the owner of a 23-foot Boston Whaler, which he uses to fish for bluefin tuna off the coast of Cape Cod. He also supports a number of veterans programs in honor of his father, who received the Purple Heart for his service in the Vietnam War. Mr. Graziano previously sat on the Board of Directors of Interval House, an organization that assists victims of domestic violence.
